My doctor ([name removed]) has been great with helping me so far. After having very bad experience with all areas in healthcare in every aspect he has given me faith that their are people who do want to help and don't see their patients as inconvenient.

More appointment availability would be good as there's a wait time of about 2 months between available appointments.

Sorry but I was in and out with no explanation of the issue I’ve got on going, felt like not interested at all, I’ve had 6 months of on going chronic issues that are unsolved, was in the consultation room around 2 minutes.
Suggested improvements
Shown a little more interest or at least given me an idea on what is going on with my body and what is causing me daily problems.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
