The auto sign in equipment was not working as there was a constant flow of people trying to sign in but having to go to reception. The staff member whom I saw was excellent. I was asked to supply a urine sample by him but was not informed prior to the consultation which would have been handy..

I called into the surgery to book an appointment for my medication review, to which I was advised that I was entitled to a health check up at the same time, on the appointment day I was advised that I was only booked in for a checkup and that the nurse practitioner was not qualified to do reviews so I needed a further appointment for this to be done. Arranged this with him, the medication review will be by telephone at a later date.

I realise that the person I booked the appointment with was on training due to being a new starter but surely the person mentoring her should have made sure that the person I was booked in with was able to do medication reviews when that is what I initially went in for.
