Was offered same day appointment when I rang up, and when I couldn’t make that the receptionist worked around my work hours to get me the next available appointment.
The ANP I saw was thorough, polite and helpful, and included me in decision making about treatment. Feeling very reassured thank you.

Seems easy enough to get an appointment to have a blood test but not to see or speak with a named doctor , quite often only nurse practitioner available.

Went to see Dr [name removed] to have a coil fitted . She was absolutely lovely ,very helpful and knowledgable and put me at ease . It was nowhere near as painful as I thought it might be .

the telephone reply is too slow. Waited at east 5 min with endless announcements.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
