This service was excellent but other services here are very difficult to obtain! I have never seen my supposed GP in all the years that I have been under him! I had to rely on a trainee to get an appointment with consultant! I have had to go to the hospital to get help recently!

Today I would say that you could not have done anything better!

We came for an annual health check expecting to see a doctor and saw a nurse for the clinical obs. Very disappointed to hear the surgery have delegated the second part of the check to nurse practitioners not GP’s. The checks are intended to attempt to reduce health inequalities by building a relationship with the names GP. For this to be adjusted like this snd no information when it was booked shows how little value is placed on these checks.

Better information about the 2 stage process of the annual health check. All checks should involve seeing a gp for every one not just for informed parents who know to ask the right question. Plans and reasonable adjustments need to be discussed before the check to ensure the best outcome and plans need to be put in place for any part of the check that did not happen. My daughter was too scared to have her blood pressure checked but this was just accepted as ok, and do the health inequalities will continue.
