Reception is a barrier to get through to a doctor, I appreciate they are following orders, but when you are worried being told that no one is available and to find 111 doesn’t help, although I must admit the people at 111 are very helpful.

This service was excellent but other services here are very difficult to obtain! I have never seen my supposed
GP in all the years that I have been under him! I had to rely on a trainee to get an appointment with consultant! I have had to go to the hospital to get help recently!

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
