I was needed to see the doctor and the receptionist was really helpful the doctor was excellent and reassure me as l had to go to the hospital to check for a blood clot

I can not find any thing to make it better if its not broke dont fix it

I was a temporary resident for several weeks, and I was looked after extremely well. All the nursing staff were excellent with their care and expertise and were also very kind and reassuring. The reception staff were also excellent and did there very best to help me get and organise appropriate appointments.

As always more availability for appointments. But until the NHS is better funded and supported I realise this is impossible. I am very grateful for all the appointments I did get.

I attended the clinic for Flu Jab on Saturday morning I think that your staff need to be more robust in timings, one lady at front of the queue had an appointment for 8/:50 and was winging she had been waiting outside for 20 mins before the surgury opened and was trying to push her way to the front of the queue, another had an appointment of 2:30 but here brother had one at 8:45 so was trying to effectively push in, i know it seems trivial but if there is an appointment system in place it needs to be adhered to, otherwise you are just angering other patients who are abiding by the rules

Open on time please my partners appointment was 8:30 mine at 8:32 it was 8:35 when front door opened

This was just a Flu jab. All very efficient.
