The receptionist was not helpful and very cool and distant. It made me not want to get another appointment. She said that they would be in touch but did not. I had to get in touch myself I was not impressed at all. If I had caught her name I would have reported her. This happened on the 15/9/2022

Teach your receptionists to be more considerate !!!! I was not impressed at all!!!!!

Feel like I wasn’t listened to by the doctor and I’m still in a lot of pain and really concerned that I’ve got an infection but wasn’t given any tests. I feel helpless.

Phoned Monday and recieved an appointment that day
The general practioner nurse ( middle aged gentleman) was excellent in fact the most reassuring and complete examination I have ever had.
He is a credit to your practice

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
