A thank you to the doctor who contacted the Trafford Hospital who cancelled two appointments about my follow up care. I want to say thank you for her help. I was upset in her surgery and hoped I wasn’t too I’ll mannered.

I was booked for a flu jab. I have no complaints about the process once I was inside the surgery, but the parking situation outside was pure insanity! Lots of people didn’t understand where to park and there were more cars than spaces, leading to some people parking illegally or blocking people in etc. it felt very much like there were more people trying to be processed than there was facility for. It was really quite dangerous.

Either request that people walk/use public transport to get to their appointment, have people on duty to direct cars into the car park or don’t make as many appointments at once.
