I ❤️ NHS xx Contacted the GP surgery with a online message on Monday morning 08:30 informing them I cannot get any toenail cuttings xx they text me back stating they had forwarded my message to [name removed] [name removed] xx at 15:45 I received a call saying [name removed] [name removed] has referred me to [name removed] and there’s an appointment tomorrow (15th) 08:45 so I went along @ 08:35 xx

The appointment was to give a blood sample arranged by the surgery, so no receptionist involvement and I didn't arrange the appointment.

I could only book an appointment in advance for three weeks time. If I wanted one sooner I had to phone in the morning and it was still tricky to get an appointment. The receptionist worked hard to squeeze me in.

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
