Getting a GP appt can be problematic but not so much with a Nurse. I didn't have contact with the receptionist as I booked in electronically [name removed] the nurse was excellent. She was so pleasant, kind and reassuring. I have seen [name removed] 2 or 3 times and each time she has been lovely; thank you [name removed].
