Horrific service, receptionist [name removed] was a waste of time and was rude on the phone. Asked to get an appointment from out of hours in 3 day however the practice can’t get me in till next week!??
Last time I was in there ceiling was leaking in the waiting room, cold and un inviting .

Actually have helpful staff, actually have more than one practice nurse available, having polite receptionist not rude snappy ones.

Very Quick response to my text, and appointment made within days to see someone. Fantastic treatment and attention given to me to determine a prognosis by the physio.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
