Nothing, just keep up the good work, From the experience I have had with the surgery. All staff appear helpful and knowledgeable.very pleased with the level of service although the pharmacy can sometimes be a short staffed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the building was very clean

Although it is difficult to provide, better access for people, like myself that cannot walk and need to use a mobility scooter. Perhaps a consultation room closer to the entrance that is easy to manoeuvre around would be a good idea

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
