Phone appointment was not needed as I was able to get a appointment to see the doctor. On arrival I used the self check in. Waited only a few minutes before I saw the Doctor.

I have no complaints about my doctors appointments and service. The service is good and I do get an face to face appointment

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
