Less reminders! I had 2 appointments yesterday and had 4 reminders for each one by text and by NHS app (16 in total) I'm guessing a glitch.

I requested an appointment on Wednesday and got an appointment on the friday.
I can usually get an appointment when I need one.

I rang this morning and got an appointment at the surgery I prefer as closer and it was at a decent time and the nurse was lovely aswell made us feel at ease as my daughter is Anxious about doctors

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
