Nurse [name removed] was extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. My appt was on time. It can often be tricky to make an appointment. Even when ringing at 8am there always seem to be far too many people in before me.

Suggested improvements
It all went smoothly.

Used self check in so didn’t need to speak to the receptionist. Nurse on time, very friendly and efficient

Suggested improvements
Have more face to face appointments available, I was told to ring one week before B12 was due. Did so only to be told my appointment was in 3 weeks, making it 2 weeks late
