I was told to get an appt with [name removed] [name removed] but her appts weren’t released yet. I called back every three days for two weeks until I was told her next month spots were booked up. I was then told I could speak to anyone in the practice about HRT, but of course that isn’t true as I was at a meds review when told I needed to see [name removed] [name removed]! I made an appointment with someone else who was very nice and who I was assured knew her stuff. She gave me very basic information in about 5 minutes. It was reassuring, but seriously, over a month & a half later!!!

Since there is such a demand and back up for menopause consultation you need to hire more experts and open more appointments!

We send some samples 2 weeks ago and when we went to check the results nobody knew anything about them. We made another appointment a call appointments and no one called us. Very disappointed about all of this . It’s about our baby and he could be serious sick but they don’t care at all.

Don’t lose tests of your patients and when you get an appointment make sure you respect it.
