Did not use reception used check in screen.as for booking appointments you you have to ring up at 8am in the morning you get put in phone queue .I was lucky and got to see a gp that afternoon.but sometimes it can be around 2 weeks to see a gp or get a phone call.

Discharged from hospital , told to make an appointment for the following week to have wound dressing changed , not a single appointment available over four days so had to go to wGh to have it changed , a job the nurse could of done at the surgery , took 5 mins , appalling service from gp surgery , booked a further appointment the following week to have clips removed from my knee which was done by the nurse . All ok

Given me an apartment instead of wasting a and e time at the hospital

The receptionists were very helpful in retrieving my previous history and guiding me to a relevant appointment. The option of having my treatment at the practice is amazing! Lovely knowledgeable physio with ability to inform and be patient.

I have nothing negative to say .

Will have to go to A&E to change a dressing as a nurse not available. Other 3 appointments OK
