I obviously had a problem which was immediately recognised and a telephone conversation with the receptionist led to a phone call from Dr Garrett and a consultation 40 minutes later. I was surprised at the speed and obviously very grateful. I don’t think that anything could have been done any better. Thank you

Getting an appointment to see a doctor is more difficult than it was pre covid

Phone lines work better now. I was 10th in line right at 8:30 AM. I was helped at around 8:40. Receptionist listened and consulted a docter. I was seen at 9:10 AM. This was very good!!!

During previous times it was much harder to get an appointment. This has much approved. Receptionists are very good!

Good access a GP on the phone and then an hour later in person in an emergency situation

Smooth out the front door threshold ramps / bumps as can’t get a wheelchair over them easily
