The bedside manner of Dr Keir Newsom was absolutely appalling. He rolled his eyes at one point at my mum and he was very rude overall.

He needs to improve on his bedside manner.

Prompt answering of the phone - the 0830 to 0930 approach really works. Both seen the same day (me and my son).

We didn't know which Dr we were seeing, so weren't in the right waiting room.

Reasoning that there are chronic staff shortages in the NHS.
The high 'GP to patient ratio' and an ageing population.
The Glebe would appear in my experience to be delivering above the average for England as a whole, if National Stats are anything to go by.
With other Countries looking to recruit our trained medical staff with offers, I can not see us competing with. I am grateful that the team at the Glebe strives to deliver what it can in such a thankless culture as exists in England these days.
