After telephone problems on Monday didn’t ring until Tuesday afternoon and could only get nurse appt

The nurse couldn’t help me and have been given another appt to see ANP disappointed didn’t even get examined waste of time

I telephoned the surgery at first it was having problems recieving calls but after a 15 min wait a receptionist spoke to me and said that they would call me back they did after just 5mins with an appointment for me over the phone with a GP.it was very efficient and had better information given than that of Worthing Hospital

The only area is not waiting in a phone queue but that is down to demand nothing you guys can really do I was very pleased with the service given
