Don't have to wait too long when you need to make an appointment. Doctor Parikh keen to follow up to ensure symptoms had improved.

Recently a few of the reception staff seem to have a lack of empathy, whuch is sad because I always highly rated the surgery until recently.
The doctors and nurses are great... They always take time to explain why they recommend a certain treatment or not.

Very annoying telephone system. Need to wait until the end of the very long message before being able to choose your option. Makes for a costly phone call. Why can't you choose option 1 (to make an appointment) without waiting and wasting time and money listening to the whole message?!

I have been a patient at the surgery for a long time. The staff are always very helpful and always make me feel welcome. The doctors are very good and I feel very confident in their decisions. This is a fantastic Surgery and I would highly reccomend it to anyone in the area.

I have found the medical staff caring and helpful at the surgery. The new telephone system has drastically improved the ability to get through to the surgery in the morning. I have always managed to get an appointment on the day I need it.
