Reception staff are very positive and not obstructive in any way. It is always possible to see an appropriate medical professional quickly in a genuine health emergency.

The doctors keep changing, I've been a patient since i was born and the doctors rarely changed. I hope some regular doctors stay with the practice so it does not lose the familiar community feel.
The telephone service asks to select a number for your call to be directed to the right person. I've tried it in my mobile and a landline but the number option doesn't work and carrys on talking through the options.
I have to wait until it automatically diverts me to reception at the end of the recorded message. Can take a while to listen to all this just to get through to someone.
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We have been very fortunate in employing three new Doctors who we hope will stay with us for a period of time. However, as in most professions these days, people rarely stay indefinitely in the same job. We have also updated the telephone system recently and patients can now choose the option they require as soon as they hear it rather than wait for the whole message to play. The staff, both medical and lay, are kind, caring and very friendly. I couldn't rate them highly enough and I am so grateful that my husband and I are under their care.

Doctors and nursing staff are always helpful and friendly. Things are explained clearly and you never get the impression of being rushed. Sometimes it is not easy to get an appointment as soon as you would like but at other times you are fitted in instantly. Overall a high standard of care and satisfaction.

I have found the doctor, nurses and reception staff to be professional and they have always been helpful with appointments wherever possible. Can't honestly think of a way to improve the quality of support and care that I have experienced since I moved to Chelmsford in 2004.
