I have always been able to get an appointment and the receptionist understands my problems.

Air conditioning in the reception area.

Was waiting for an hour to make my appointment then when I got there 15 minutes early and booked myself in on the screen for 11:05 and wasn’t seen till 11:50

I was told the machine didn’t tell the doctor that I was there so that needs sorting out

Sally is a amazing nurse kind caring and asks me what i think makes sure as a patient im comfortable ..she has treated me for a long time and i feel this helps with recovery. seeing a stranger everytime [doctors ) who know nothing about you can be very distressing sometimes been going to same surgery all my life 60 yrs xx

Nothing as i say sally kmows my skin and knows the perfect dressings for myself .
