I was at the surgery for a blood test and after checking my blood pressure realised I had to get medical advice urgently. I was able to see a doctor later that afternoon who was very helpful

After organising for me to see a doctor, the receptionist didn't tell me I had to 'check in' to see the doctor. This meant I was waiting longer than expected and delayed my appointment time.

Usually one hour wait even when ringing dead on 8:00 or 12:00. Still a long wait for making enquiries or nurse appointment.

To be able to make appointments for any day, like it used to be. Not all appointments are emergencies.
