Rachel was superb during my annual checkup. She was thorough and discussed my results letting me know that there were improvements from the last year which was very encouraging. She answered my concerns regarding needing a further health checkup and reassured me that it was not necessary as my annual checkup tests were similar to those done in a medical. I left the surgery feeling reassured and less anxious about my health Thank you Rachel

First of all I have to say, the doctors are great! Never had any complain about any of them, quite the opposite, they are very caring and do their best to help. I regret to say I can't say the same about the receptionists. I keep getting referred to a nurse while I clearly needed to see a doctor (and I was advised to do so in MIU). Last time the nurse clearly didn't know what to do with me and made a wrong decision which made things worse. It wasn't her fault obviously, she is just a nurse and not a doctor. I am SO FED UP WITH THIS! I wasn't even told this appointment was with a nurse or I would object! The receptionists are grumpy, unhelpful and even lost my samples previously. I do understand that there is a lot of pressure on doctors and not enough of them, but goodness this is not working!
