First of all I have to say, the doctors are great! Never had any complain about any of them, quite the opposite, they are very caring and do their best to help. I regret to say I can't say the same about the receptionists. I keep getting referred to a nurse while I clearly needed to see a doctor (and I was advised to do so in MIU). Last time the nurse clearly didn't know what to do with me and made a wrong decision which made things worse. It wasn't her fault obviously, she is just a nurse and not a doctor. I am SO FED UP WITH THIS! I wasn't even told this appointment was with a nurse or I would object! The receptionists are grumpy, unhelpful and even lost my samples previously. I do understand that there is a lot of pressure on doctors and not enough of them, but goodness this is not working!

A very caring practice, even on a clinic for flu jabs, where it is chaotic, they still have that thoughtful, caring attitude. Best surgery I have ever been to.

I like the fact that it isn't a modern, featureless surgery, it has character which helps you relax before your appointment. The only problem is the lack of parking outside the Surgery.
