My experience with the doctor was excellent but all the issues to get an appointment and to deal with Patford house in general is totally unacceptable. Since they have taken control of Sutton benger practice the experience for patients has been shocking- this can be checked by contacting probably any registered patient- it is the focus of much local talk! You cannot call the surgery ( calls divert to calne) and you have to fight for an appointment - they try to force you to go to calne! We are patients of Sutton benger - we expect to br treated there.
