I love Patford House. Its like going back in time before the disastrous partnership. Lovely receptionists. Smiley relaxed patients who chat to each other. Such a massive contrast to Beversbrook.
Nurse Jordan Willis is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely lovely.
Dr Church was very nice and caring, and I never once felt rushed.
This was actually two appointments as Dr Church asked for a blood test and I was given an appointment the very next day with Jordan.
All in all, my experience, at a difficult time for me, was very relaxed and I felt that the staff actually cared.

Went for Blood test still awaiting test results 11 days later.
