It’s quite hard to get a appointment

Unable to book an appointment with Dr Cook. Receptionist unable to assist, unable to book online. Very unfriendly surgery and online booking system. Am at a point where I'm not interested in seeing a Dr about my problems. 4 weeks to get a blood appointment. Probably too late as I finished my medication 3 weeks before. Telling receptionist it is important means nothing, not at all helpful

Almost impossible to get through by telephone. The PATCHS system is too long winded and most questions are not relevant. I usually post a message to GP System Online and always receive a prompt response

I don’t know why you are sending this to me as my appointment was cancelled- the receptionist was unable to reschedule my appointment, so I don’t know for what purpose they are there. She told me someone would ring me to book another appointment and I have heard nothing
