Trying to see my Doctor of choice. Is difficult getting an appointment with the pope would be easier. But when it happens 5 stars.

Sending e-mails not allowing us to reply but it says at the bottom of the message unable to send. It bounced back not read why!!!!

I saw a new junior doctor and he was very welcoming, professional and kind. This was my first visit to this GP since moving house and he made me feel at ease, only being there a week himself. The surgery was clean but unkept. I didn't have any interactions with the reception team. I was shocked at how difficult it is to get an appointment. I called the day prior and was I formed I'd need to call on the day. I called on the day and was put through the 'triage' system and eventually was offered an appointment later that afternoon.

The walls and skirting is in need of some paint/TLC but this may be already underway and in between renovation. The music was a bit too loud in the waiting room/area. I'd suggest having an easier system for patients to book appointments. Usually as a nurse I can't take multiple phone calls during a shift and it seems I'd be unable to book an appointment any other way.

It isnt easy to get an appointment. When triage is working it is brilliant but it was working on Monday so I had to go to outpatients instead but the surgery were very quick to issue me with some medication.
