The surgery and the staff are always excellent. I filled out a triage from in the morning and was called and offered an appointment. It is usually the case, that I fill out the form, and have a call or text within half hour with a result. - this is excellent. However the surgery was very let down by a male nurse I saw. He made me feel as though I was wasting his time and shouldn’t be there. However, because of the online form - you invited me. He seemed argumentative, complacent to my condition or my history and had a superiority complex. I’ve never seen him before and hope I won’t again. I left very dissatisfied, without medication and feeling rather poorly

The surgery is usually excellent with myself and my family so feel disappointed to be reporting otherwise

By 8.10 in morning it's pretty impossible to get a slot to see a doctors they are all gone

Whole experience is good, no need for improvement. Clinician (Michael?), was helpful, professional, caring.

Not sure that the online triage process would work for elderly / those with digital experience, (it’s fine for me, just worry about others)
