Very nice surgery, don’t go much , had to have my 5 year smear check , nurse was lovely , very informative, appointment was on time , everything was explained to me , and nurse was very gentle .

Nothing , I’m very happy and understand when you ring a doctor surgery first thing in morning, it’s going to be busy .

Never get to see a doctor to discuss a problem but always told if you have a problem with a medical issue consult your doctor.

I had a full blood test recently from the surgery with no results same blood test taken for the hospital showed I had very low iron count and had to to go twice to hospital for iron why didn't the surgery see this problem?

Phoned at 8 and got asked questions, and was told someone would phone me. Received call within hour and got appointment. Then the nurse I got to see was brilliant. Put me at ease and listened and helped loads.

Recently I have received request for blood test without any explanation. I assume it is routine but better Comms required. Similarly my medication review was completed without any conversation.

I was contacted very quickly after I filled in the online form, and seen straight away by a doctor.

Have more appointments available. It can be a problem if you fall ill in the middle of day.
