If the patients are patient, the system works well - the only problem is that all communications with the doctor have to go through a third party which isn’t ideal.
Suggested improvements
The only improvement would be to speak directly with a doctor which, I understand, is difficult with the patient to doctor ratio

Submitted triage at 8am, had call back at 08:50, saw the dr at 12:05 and was prescribed antibiotics immediately

You have to go through triage at eight in the morning and if you try to get a appointment in the afternoon you are told to ring in the morning because all appointments are taken for that day.
Suggested improvements
You could have a ring back service because i had to wait on the phone for more than ten minutes before my call was answered.

Love the online triage service. Easy to use and have always managed to see someone

Dispensary could do with opening at weekend or later as I work the same hours they are open so difficult to get my prescription sometimes
