Please introduce short term appointments (i.e 2 to 3 days).
It would be very helpful for minor complaints.
Never had care like this before.
Fantastic, I am new to this area.
Pt has waited for 3 weeks to see a Dr and then sees a nurse - this is not acceptable.
Then when gets px but wrong thing so has to wait another hour for the px, and admin have been chasing but no response from Dr.
Very efficient, caring helpful.
Unless the GP with whom I'm regietered asks to see me, I can never get an appointment. This makes a lie of the 'continuity of care' that Northbrink claims to provide. Northbrink, like others nationally, has been too keen to cash in on government financial allowances per patient and as a result registered too many patients. This greedy practice reflects badly on quality of patient care...appointments (if you are lucky enough to get one) are too brief and rarely followed up by the same GP.
Constructive suggestions: stop registering new patients and start taking better care of those that you have. Positives: on the whole the staff are friendly and 2 of the GPs are particularly outstanding.
