Did triage at lunchtime and was given appointment that evening, it was running 10mins late but I was happy with my appointment.

I wanted to book specific appointment with nurse but had to use the online triage and now need to get another appointment with the correct nurse

On my visit I was seen by a nurse , a very helpful and thorough nurse, who called in a dr . They both included me in the discussion and I left feeling I’d been listened to and on the way to getting help. A productive and very pleasant appt, Thankyou.
