The appointment for this COVID booster was very simple, professional,quick and easy to book. Now if you want an appointment with a Doctor your on the phone for ever trying to get through. In the time I have been at North Brink I have never seen my assigned Dr Webster.

Telephones always busy and you are kept in a queue. At the surgery told no appointments and you need to book online!
