I fully understand the constraints since covid but trying to get a new appointment at the surgery is not good. No luck via telephone and the on line triage system is not designed well, not sure many elder patients would be able to use it. I have not had a proper face to face medication review for years. If you look at the amount of medication in packets, on the pharmacy shelves I would imagine nobody has and millions of pounds could be saved if proper reviews were conducted. I do not believe the patient care is as good as it was three years ago, for new health issues. However I received fantastic nurse care after a scheduled operation and I thank you for that. If I feel unwell and have fears of a health issue then an appointment with my DR should be available on line as it used to be or telephone appointment. Thank you for this opportunity.

It is not a question of what you could do better, the nurses service is great. It is the first point of contact that leaves a lot to be desired. It should be easier, slicker and best for the surgery and patients.

Only moving here the last few months and already having a few complications with ongoing UTIs I’ve had a great response and speedy treatment However I’d like to chat to a doctor concerning the future of my problems,consultation and perhaps options

Catheters have been harder to get hold of which was worrying I need to be confidant when orders that they are there

Not at all easy or simple! You hanging about on the phone waiting to talk to somebody who then has to decide whether you are ill enough to warrant an appointment.

Keep people upto date with the reasons their treatment is altered or why things are changed.
