In the main the Doctors try to be helpful and are very nice. The paramedic system in use is just awful. The paramedic that I was given no option but to see was needlessly rude and unable to help me. The appointment system is just a disaster and needs sorting out urgently - be prepared to wait up to 6 weeks to see your chosen doctor by appointment .All experiences with the nurses in this practice have been very positive - they are kind and very helpful.
