Called late afternoon on a Thursday, for what could have been an urgent problem, spoke to a lovely receptionist who arranged a call from Ian, within 45minutes was assessed on the phone and arranged a face to face appointment. Saw Dr Ghali who explained the condition and the rational for treatment. Couldn’t fault any part of my experience.

I saw Dr Grimstone who gave me time and listened.
She has a different approach giving suggestions to try other things than medication.
A very sympathetic Doctor and would like to say thank you for the care.

Dr Grimston was excellent. Very good at listening and asking pertinent questions. Also explaining clearly and making useful suggestions. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. I feel confident that everything possible is being done to lead to a diagnosis.
