My appointment was with the Practice Nurse. I was seen on time and Sludon was very welcoming, reassuring and professional.

As a new patient the corridors are a bit like a rabbit Warren but there's not much that can be done about that.

Usually receptionist is friendly and helpful

I wish we could just phone up for an appointment without the telephone consultation first. So much has changed since Covid. But I appreciate our surgery is much better than many .

I didn't have to get an appointment as I was contacted for blood test. I didn't see or speak to a receptionist

I was seen very quickly Toby was excellent as always

I have never had a problem when using the Little Common surgery
