I am reluctant to try to make an appt I do not do mornings and having to call at 8. Am is really frustrating as you are 14th in a queue. As I have had great difficulty recently.

Nurse was a little nervous. Took three tries to get a blood sample . Very pleasant and friendly. .

Difficult to get an urgent appointment

I was kept waiting for over 15 mins but the nurse did not apologise and then was sarcastic when I said yes to each of her questions As the answer was affirmative I’m not sure what she expected. This is most unusual for this surgery as everyone else staff and doctors have always been polite and considerate

I wanted to give you my opinion off my visit to the surgery.

I visited the surgery for a blood test. You don’t normally have an issue in taking blood from me, as my veins are exposed. It really hurt when she inserted the injection and after I took the plaster off I’ve a massive bruise on my arm.
