On June 10 hospital needed a blood test in the near future. I rang on June 12. I got an appointment for June 18 at 9am. I attended on June 18 and the blood was taken at 9am. The results were available on patients know best later on 18 June.

Room 10 needs a window for the sake of the staff using the room.

Trying to get an appointment by ringing at 0800 is a challenge. When asked to supply an early morning urine sample when attending an an afternoon diabetic review appointment, it was not accepted because the courier had left at 1300. More training required.
