Excellent care with Toby. I had a breathing test. He was very patient and I did the test in my own time. Results were telephoned through to me an hour later.

Thts was the 3rd attempt at a COPD annual review, and it would have been better had it been the 1st!

Ridiculous attempt to save time on phoning which in fact wasted it and nOT nowhere anyway. Appallingly unclear instructions for online services which go nowhere useful anyway. Once at the surgery staff great and objective was achieved but what an effort to get there!!!!
