Very helpful reception staff . The nurse was lovely , friendly and very professional. I never thought going to the doctors would be such a pleasant experience. The nurse had a lovely sense of humour and help put me at ease . Thankyou all round

No , I think the only thing I would say is that a little privacy is lost when everyone can see your name on the screen . I understand why this may be given the way the practice is built. Overall very professional and welcoming .

I understand how busy doctors are and I appreciate the care I am given , my depression is getting worse I think and I would like to discuss it with a mental health professional. I know I'm getting older but I would like to be a bit happier. I shall try to see Dr Akroyd next week .

It is a pleasure to visit doctors and nurses at the surgery and I feel that I receive top notch care .

Having moved to the area in October 2023 we have had first class service. The receptionists are always helpful The 2 Gp’s ( Dr B and his registrar) are both wonderful Yesterday I saw Dr B for a steroid injection he was so kind and explained everything and took his time . He has a sense of humour as well! Also saw the asthma nurse and she too was brilliant What more can I saw but a BIG thank!!
