I booked in for appointment 15 minutes early, sat there for 20 minutes only to be told the appointment was at old town surgery

If I was told as soon as I booked in I could of made it to old town in time

Super reception staff, always very polite and helpful.

It would be nice to be able to actually see a doctor face to face occasionally.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was called within a few minutes. I asked for a thin needle for my blood test and that was used. As a consequence I suffered no pain and I did not have a bruise afterwards. Very good care.

Absolutely nothing at all.

I did not go to reception and the appointment was by invitation.

I can get a phone appointment most of the time, but have never met my gp. I prefer telephone appointments when appropriate but there are times when it is not appropriate.

Improve the entrance doors and doors to gp, to be easily accessible
