Can wait a long time in queue only to find there are no appointments left and to try again tomorrow. Starting at 7.99 is no guarantee that when you get through you'll be less than 10 in the queue. Can be difficult to get an appointment.

Being able to get an appointment for the next day or so, but I realise that some appointments need to be kept free so the next day has some appointments for those who really need to see the Doctor on the day they phone.

It was Old Town Surgery, not Little Common Surgery. The nurse that dealt with me was really helpful and explained everything as we went along. She could not have been better. Well done!
