I use engage consult but recently find it’s not very good. How can I get a non urgent appointment with the doctor? Blood appointments are great. Overall I find Little Common the best surgery I’ve ever had.

The receptionist could ask if appointment is urgent or not.

Excellent service. No long waiting time on the phone. Helpful receptionist Prompt reply to online query Easy check in Appointment time accurate Polite, friendly nurse.

I can’t fault the service I have received since being registered at this surgery. Excellent!

Didn’t speak with reception (used the electronic booking in system) Saw the practice nurse for pre arranged blood test. I arrived early, was seen straight away. Very efficient thank you. In the past getting through on the ‘phone to make an appointment very difficult.

Much improved communications Well done. Opening menu when calling comes across as quite negative. I've learnt to be patient. Pardon the pun
