The phlebotomist was nice, she listened to me regarding where best to take my blood - I asked her to take from the back of my hand as the veins in my arms are not great, she was happy to do that and it made my experience much better.

Please get rid of the radio music it is awful listening to that in the surgery. Have music by all means but not so loud and maybe something a little less "busy"

The asthma nurse was very thorough and informative and helpful with detailed explanations of why I required a new inhaler and took me through the correct procedure for the best way to use it.

Generally long wait in queue for telephone appointments and when answered a delay in getting appointments. In this instance, the surgery contacted me and there was no delay.

I use engage consult but recently find it’s not very good. How can I get a non urgent appointment with the doctor? Blood appointments are great. Overall I find Little Common the best surgery I’ve ever had.

The receptionist could ask if appointment is urgent or not.
