I understand appointments are more difficult to obtain and the 8.00am scramble needs to be improved. I feel fortunate that my recent appointment was a routine one which was organised by the lovely reception staff because I was sent a message to contact them so it wasn't an emergency one.

At this point I am happy with my surgery and the staff who work exceptionally hard there.

Very positive experience. The reception staff are lovely and Dr Williams is very attentive and focussed on ensuring you get the help and support you need for the best possible health outcome. So much better than we experienced before. We are so pleased we joined the old town surgery.

It is sometimes very difficult to get an appointment,as you have to go through a telephone appointment with your doctor before you can see the Doctor, which could even be a few days or even a week. Years ago you could just ring up after 8am and get an appointment that day. How can your doctor know what is wrong with you without seeing you? We know if the doctor thought it was urgent you probably would get an earlier appointment, but that doesn't stop people worrying.

Today was great the diabetic nurse was as usual very good and informative. Thank you!
