Because you can NEVER get an appointment when it's me asking. Waiting time nearly three weeks. Could be dead in that time. But if YOU want me to come to surgery it's a different matter. Can be in in a couple of days. COVID has been finished for years now so why can't we go back to how it was.

Go back to the very workable system we had before COVID. I would like to know why you should change something that is not broken.

Not always easy to see my GP in person but response for calls back is good.

Not sure as I understand that the system has changed.

I was asked to arrange a blood test when I saw Dr. Pool at Eastbourne hospital and that same day was able to book one in person for just 3 days later. I need to lie down for these and my nurse Jenni, at the Old Town Surgery was very supportive and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be.

I can't think of anything.
